The 4th International Conference on Electrical, Control and Information Technology (ECITech 2025), hosted by Shenyang Institute of Engineering and co-organized by its School of Electrical Engineering, was successfully held from April 18 to 20 at Shenyang Institute of Engineering. The event received collaborative support from Harbin Institute of Technology, Northeastern University, Dalian University of Technology, Hebei University of Technology, Inner Mongolia University of Technology, Nanjing Tech University, Northeast Forestry University, Northeast Electric Power University, Shenyang University of Technology, Shenyang Agricultural University, Liaoning Technical University, Dalian Jiaotong University, Harbin University of Science and Technology, Bohai University, Beihua University, Liaoning University of Technology, Shenyang Institute of Science and Technology, and the Tianjin Society for Electrical Engineering.

The conference featured four parallel forums: Power Systems Forum, Electrical Equipment Forum, Control Technology Forum, and Virtual Power Plant Forum. Over ten experts from universities, research institutions, and enterprises were invited to present their latest research findings in related fields.Through keynote reports, forum presentations, oral sessions, and poster exhibitions, the conference gathered experts and scholars from numerous domestic and international institutions, attracting over 400 participants both online and offline. Following rigorous evaluation by experts, the "Best Paper Award" and "Best Oral Presentation Award" were presented during the ceremony.

The event fostered a vibrant atmosphere for academic exchange, facilitating in-depth discussions between global experts and scholars. This high-level, international, and forward-looking academic event showcased rich scholarly content, significantly advancing international collaboration and development in electrical engineering, control technology, and related research fields.
