Prof. Yaochu Jin

Westlake University

Academician of the European Academy of Sciences, IEEE Fellow. Formerly served as a "Finland Distinguished Professor" under the Finnish Academy and the Finnish National Innovation Agency, and as a "Humboldt Professorship for Artificial Intelligence" under the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research. Currently serving as the President of the IEEE Computational Intelligence Society. In October 2023, he joined the School of Engineering of Westlake University as a full-time Chair Professor in Artificial Intelligence and founded the "Trustworthy and General Artificial Intelligence Laboratory." He has published six monographs and authored over 500 papers in various IEEE transactions and academic conferences such as CVPR, ECCV, NeurIPS, ICLR, and ACM MM. He holds nine patents from the United States, the European Union, and Japan. According to Google Scholar, his papers have been cited over 64,000 times, with an h-index of 123. Since 2019, he has been consistently listed as a "Highly Cited Scientist" in the Web of Science.

Prof. Mou Chen

Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics

Ph.D., Doctoral Supervisor, Dean of the College of Automation Engineering, Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics. IEEE Fellow, IET Fellow. Recipient of the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) Distinguished Young Scholar Fund in 2018, selected for the National "Hundred, Thousand, and Ten Thousand" Talent Project in 2019, selected for the second level of the Jiangsu Province "333" Talent Project in 2018, selected for the Ministry of Education’s "New Century Excellent Talents Support Program" in 2011, selected for the Jiangsu Province "Six High Peaks" Talent Program in 2012, selected for the third level of the Jiangsu Province "333" Talent Project in 2013, recipient of the Jiangsu Province Distinguished Young Scholar Fund in 2013, and selected for the Nanjing Leading Technology Entrepreneurship Talent Program in 2014. Has published three English and Chinese monographs with Springer, Wiley, and National Defense Industry Press, contributed to three additional books, and published over 100 academic papers.

Prof. Wei Dai

China University of Mining & Technology

Professor, Doctoral Supervisor, Deputy Dean of the College of Information and Control Engineering and Deputy Dean of the Artificial Intelligence Research Institute at China University of Mining and Technology. Graduated from Northeastern University, supervised by Academician Tianyou Chai. Recipient of the Jiangsu Province Outstanding Youth Fund, selected for the "High-Level Talent Program" as an outstanding young scholar at China University of Mining and Technology. Currently serves as a member of several technical committees, including Process Control, Big Data, Adaptive Dynamic Programming and Reinforcement Learning, Environmental Perception and Protection Automation, and Intelligent Manufacturing Systems under the Chinese Association of Automation, as well as the Cluster Intelligence and Cooperative Control Committee under the Chinese Institute of Command and Control.

Prof. Tianhong Pan

Anhui University

Deputy Dean of the School of Electrical Engineering and Automation, Anhui University, and Doctoral Supervisor. Currently serves as a member of the Process Control Technical Committee of the Chinese Association of Automation and a member of the Predictive Control and Intelligent Decision-Making Technical Committee. Has led four projects under the National Natural Science Foundation of China, one sub-project under the National Key R&D Program, and participated in more than 10 research projects, including the National 863 Program. Has published over 100 papers in the IEEE Transactions series, obtained 36 Chinese invention patents and 2 U.S. invention patents, and secured 11 computer software copyrights. Research achievements have been awarded two First Prizes and three Second Prizes of the China Machinery Industry Science and Technology Award. In 2023, served as the Chair of the Organizing Committee for the 10th International Conference on Electrical Engineering and Automation.

Prof. Tao Zou

Guangzhou University

Ph.D., Professor, Doctoral Supervisor, currently serving as the Dean of the School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering and the Dean of the Intelligent Manufacturing Engineering Research Institute at Guangzhou University. Recognized as a Distinguished Teacher at Guangzhou University and an Outstanding Expert of Guangzhou City. Leads the Guangdong Provincial Innovation Team and serves as the Vice Chairman of the Guangdong Provincial Mechanical Engineering Society. Heads the key discipline of "High-End Equipment and Intelligent Manufacturing" under Guangdong's higher education initiative "Striving for First-Class, Strengthening Weaknesses, and Enhancing Distinctiveness." Has published over 80 papers indexed in SCI and EI, filed 10 Chinese patents with 6 granted, and authored the academic monograph Introduction to Engineering Applications of Model Predictive Control. Domestically, pioneered and systematically proposed the theory and methodology of dual-layer predictive control, designed a comprehensive technical roadmap for model predictive control software development, and developed an independently developed predictive control software platform.
